Der Bestand wurde im Mai und Oktober 2007 von Heinz Claus dem Stadtarchiv übergeben. Die Zeitschrift "Swissair Gazette" 1974-1975 (nicht ganz vollständig) hat das Stadtarchiv im Juni 2008 von Ruth Fink erhalten (1 Schachtel). Mitte Oktober 2009 wurden von Frau Lilo Brüllmann weitere Jahresberichte dem Stadtarchiv übergeben. Weitere Materialien folgten im Juni und im Oktober 2009 durch Herrn Hans Stucker bzw. wiederum durch Frau Brüllmann.
